Milano Lakes apartments opens to visitors
A preview for new residents and prospects kicked off the official opening of Milano Lakes, a new luxury apartment community off Collier Boulevard in South Naples.
"Our first residents and visitors were excited to see the completed buildings and social amenities," said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star, whose affiliate is developing Milano Lakes. "The apartments are luxurious with features that live like a single-family home, and the 5,488-square-foot community clubhouse provides a beautiful gathering place that will be the centerpiece of the community."
Residents have a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom designs with additional storage or a garage available for a fee. Each apartment home includes laundry facilities, a master suite with a walk-in closet and dual sinks in the master bath, an island kitchen with a dining area, and a lanai.
Four floor plans range from a one-bedroom design with 808 air-conditioned square feet and 889 total square feet to a three-bedroom apartment with 1,439 air-conditioned square feet and a total of 1,545 square feet. Rental prices for the one-bedroom home begin at $1,400.
Designed as an active community, the clubhouse includes a custom designed entertainment wall and a built-in banquette seating detail for lounging and conversations around a full-size pool table. There is a fitness center. Facilities include a resort-style swimming pool and pool deck with cabana stripe market umbrellas. A children’s playground is planned to round out the amenities.
Milano Lakes leasing office will be open today, Sunday, April 22 for tours of the community from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.. The leasing office is at 3713 Milano Lakes Circle. From Interstate 75, take Collier Boulevard south, turn left onto The Lords Way. Milano Lakes Circle will be on the left. The leasing office is in the clubhouse.
Other projects by FL Star include Sapphire Cove, a new community of single-family homes off Collier Boulevard in Naples, and Arrowhead Reserve, a community of single-family homes in Immokalee.
FL Star also provides management services for commercial and industrial buildings for real estate owners and condominium associations including maintenance, collection of rents and financial reporting.
