LeBron James won't throw Cavs teammates 'under the bus' after Game 3 loss to Pacers

Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James (23) is guarded by Indiana Pacers guard Lance Stephenson (1) during the first quarter in game three of the first round of the 2018 NBA Playoffs at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

LeBron James is averaging 32.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 8.3 assists and 1.3 steals in Cleveland’s series against Indiana.

Yet, it’s not enough as the Cavs trail 2-1 in the series, and James isn’t getting enough help from his teammates.

James, however, isn’t pointing fingers at others and took responsibility for his mistakes.

Asked how he could get his teammates to play better, James said, “What are you guys looking for? You think I’m going to throw my teammates under the bus. I’m not about that. Guys have just got to play better, including myself. I had six turnovers tonight. I was horrible in the third quarter. Couldn’t make a shot. If I make some better plays in the third quarter, then the lead don’t slip. We know we’ve all got to play better as a collective group.”
