"Cook. Plate. Dine." is a new four-part Milwaukee PBS program about the MATC culinary program. A free screening is April 23 at the downtown campus; the show airs on Channel 10 on Thursdays in May.

On Monday, the public can watch a free screening of the first episode of "Cook. Plate. Dine," a four-episode, behind-the-scenes, Milwaukee PBS show about the culinary program at Milwaukee Area Technical College.

The show will be broadcast in May on WMVS-TV (Channel 10).

Episodes, while promoting MATC's culinary program, tell the stories of graduates such as Joe Bartolotta of Bartolotta Restaurants, Karen Bell of Bavette La Boucherie and Mitch Ciohon of Taco Moto and Snack Boys.

The first episode includes graduates Erin Broderick of the Eggs N' Bakin' food truck and James Golombowski, the chef at Western Racquet Club in Elm Grove.

The show delves into the backgrounds of current students as it follows them through the program.

The public screening will take place in Cooley Auditorium, on the second floor of MATC's Main Building, 1015 N. 6th St. Tickets to the screening are free and available through Eventbrite.com.

Channel 10 will broadcast "Cook. Plate. Dine." at 7:30 p.m. Thursdays starting May 3.
