A 19-year-old Shorewood man faces multiple charges in a cyberbullying and sexploitation case involving a minor, the state Department of Justice said Wednesday.

Matthew M. Cullen-Williams was arrested April 5 by the DOJ's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Shorewood Police Department, according to a DOJ news release.

He was charged Wednesday by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office with one count of possession of child pornography, one count of threatening to communicate derogatory information, one count of stalking a victim under age 18 and one count of posting a sexually explicit image without consent, the release said.

Cullen-Williams created more than 16 fake accounts on multiple social media platforms to harass a minor, force the victim to have sexual intercourse with him through threats and published sexually explicit images of the victim without the victim’s consent, according to the criminal complaint.

Cullen-Williams was arrested after investigators using a warrant conducted a search of his residence, the DOJ said.
