Mystique continues to rise as 15th floor is poured

Pelican 1 Owner LLC, the developer for Mystique, announced that the iconic 20-story tower continues its vertical ascent in the exclusive Pelican Bay enclave of Naples.

Pelican 1 Owner is an equal partnership between an affiliate of the global investment firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. L.P. and an affiliate of the Gulf Bay Group of Companies.

Construction continues to progress as Mystique’s 15th floor has been formed, and poured and work is in progress on forming the 16th floor and supporting structural elements. The pouring of the 16th floor is expected to be completed by the end of the month, with the pouring of the 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the ultra-luxury high rise estimated to be completed by the end of April.

Additionally, metal framing and interior partitions for Mystique’s second and third floors is completed with additional floors underway. Other construction milestones include the installation of the exterior glass glazing and window systems, which is substantially completed on the second, third and fourth floors, and underway on the fifth floor. Mystique’s certificate of occupancy is estimated to be achieved in March 2019.

Just steps from the beach on one of two remaining permitted and developable land parcels in Naples between The Ritz-Carlton on the beach and Port Royal, Mystique offers 68 estate and four penthouse residences with expansive living spaces and terrace views toward the Gulf of Mexico from most units.
