Seagate starts Spring Hill Estate at Quail West

Fort Myers Seagate Development Group LLC announced it has broken ground on construction of its approximately 5,800-square-foot Spring Hill estate residence at Quail West. 

Construction of Seagate Development Group’s Sabbia model in the Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club’s Sardinia neighborhood is on schedule for completion this fall. The three-level, 6,227-square-foot under air Sabbia model is $4.65 million with furnishings.

The pre-sold custom grand estate was designed by Rich Guzman at RG Designs. The residence will incorporate large living spaces, numerous gardens and water features, four bedrooms, 4½ baths, a reception area, a massive great room, island kitchen, wet bar and dining area with a walk-in wine room. 

The plan features a study/clubroom, two 2½-car garages and a lushly landscaped outdoor living area with a year-round kitchen, fireplace, a custom pool with an island, multiple gathering areas and numerous water features. The plan also includes a stunning entry sequence that includes a courtyard garden, fountains and pools, all of which will be showcased with landscape lighting. The approach will lead to the home’s primary entry that will include a foyer with floor-to-ceiling glass walls that will provide views of the garden and water features.

The Spring Hill residence will be the latest addition to a collection of residences built by Seagate in Quail West. In addition to announcing the start of the Spring Hill, Seagate also announced it has two new grand estate furnished models in development. One of the new models has been named “The Streamsong.” 

As planned, The Streamsong will feature 5,295 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,191 square feet. Designed by RG Designs, the exterior of the home will include a covered entry sequence lined by columns and a series of planters. 

Double doors will open to an immense foyer and grand reception room that will share a two-sided fireplace with the adjacent great room. The massive great room will fully open to a spacious covered lanai with a fireplace, an island kitchen, and conversation and dining areas. The great room will anchor a massive living space that will include a large dining area that can accommodate a table with seating for 10, and a double-island kitchen.

A wide hallway overlooking a garden courtyard will lead from the living area to a clubroom and three VIP guest suites, each of which will have a full bath, and one of which will open to the outdoor living area. A study/office is at the opposite end of the hallway, just outside a huge owner’s suite that will include an elegant vestibule, a large bedroom that will open to the outdoors, two huge walk-in closets, and a bath with his and her water closets, his and her vanities, a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower.  Other features include a powder bath, a pool bath, a drive-through portico, a motor court, a three-car garage and a one-car garage that includes a large storage space.

Seagate is also a Preferred Builder at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, an award-winning community being developed by Miromar Development Corporation just north of Naples, minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport and numerous dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

On a lakefront home site with long range views, the Sabbia’s architectural design is reminiscent of modern coastal styles. Seagate has also introduced its new Fontana floor plan in Sardinia. The three-level, 4,818 square feet under air Fontana plan was also designed by RG Designs and is part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Sardinia.

Seagate is featuring four floor plans by RG Designs in Miromar Lakes’ Salerno 2 neighborhood ranging from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air. The open-concept Tortola plan’s Hamptons beach house-inspired architecture offers 3,892 square feet under air and 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space. The Tortola floor plan is base-priced at $1.24 million. 

The 3,150-square-foot Umbria plan offers three bedrooms, a study, and 4½ baths. A bonus room can function as a fourth bedroom. The living area includes a grand room with a wet bar, an island kitchen and a dining area. Base-priced at $1.1 million, the Umbria floor plan includes a three-car garage. 

With 3,554 square feet under air and an outdoor living area measuring 1,043 square feet, the Calabria plan is ideal for enjoying an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. The plan offers an exceptional level of livability and is base priced at $1.18 million. 

Base priced at $1.3 million, the 4,228-square-foot Campenia plan is Seagate’s largest Salerno 2 plan. A grand foyer leads to a great room, double-island kitchen and dining area. The great room opens to a trellised pool and spa deck, while the dining area opens to a covered lanai. An optional outdoor fireplace and kitchen are available. The floor plan includes four bedrooms, 4½ baths and a study with a vaulted ceiling.

Sixteen purchase opportunities remain available at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. 

The purchase opportunities include 13 buildable home sites, two completed furnished models and a furnished model that is under construction. Seagate’s Windward Isle offering features eight one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that showcase the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style. Seagate will also build custom residences designed for construction on Windward Isle’s home sites.

Eleven choice home sites priced from the $2 millions remain available at Hill Tide Estates community, a 9.98-acre gated enclave being developed by Seagate on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Northwest of Fort Myers on Gasparilla Island, Hill Tide Estates is the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass, one of the most heralded saltwater fishing locations in the world. 

Nine floor plan choices ranging from 3,004 to over 5,000 square feet under air are included in the Hill Tide Estates offering. The floor plans were designed by RG Designs.  Seagate’s furnished model showcasing its Captiva floor plan is under construction and on schedule for completion in fall 2018. A second model, the Silver King by BCB Homes, is also under construction.

The Captiva floor plan includes 4,865 square feet under air and a total of 11,184 square feet under roof. The first floor features a living area with a great room, island kitchen and dining area that open to covered lanai spaces, a study with an outdoor covered deck, and the master suite that includes a bedroom with a sitting area, double walk-in closets and elaborate ceiling details. 

The master bath features his and her water closets, separate vanities, a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower. In addition to pool, spa and pool deck, the outdoor living area includes a pool bath, outdoor kitchen, and outdoor dining and conversation areas. An open staircase leads to the upstairs that presents three guest en suites, two of which open to a covered deck and two sundecks, as well as a bonus room that includes a wet bar and also opens to the outdoors.
