Kelly E. Capolino, local real estate professional, was recently named and honored as a 2017 Platinum status producer with Downing-Frye Realty in Naples. Capolino has earned this new award among multiple other designations for her stellar performance over the past 20 years. In past years, she has been included in an International President’s Circle for Realtors representing the top ranking real estate sales nationwide, as well as, other top producing honors.

The show is called “SWFL Real Estate Update” and covers current issues or trends that could benefit you. The show has guests who specialize in relevant topics in the real estate industry. Two model homes at Naples Reserve were honored with 2018 Parade of Homes Awards by the Collier Building Industry Association in recognition of overall excellence in construction and design. The Newport, built by KTS Homes, was the winner in the $1 million to $1.5 million. Florida Lifestyle Homes’ Siesta Key was a merit award recipient in the $1 million to 1.5 million category. Both winning homes are in Naples Reserve’s Parrot Cay neighborhood

The award-winning interior design duo Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen, of Clive Daniel Home, have been selected by Seagate Development Group to design interiors for the new Grenada model at Windward Isle in Naples. The home is priced at $1.9 million to include furnishings and is slated for completion in November.
