Seven grand estate home sites ranging from one-acre to 2.5-acres and priced from $632,000 to $850,000 remain available in TwinEagles’ Sterling Hill, Inverness, and Strathmore Legacy Estate neighborhoods.

TwinEagles announced that three custom grand estate residences are either under construction or poised to begin construction in the North Naples community’s Sterling Hill, Glasgow, and Inverness Legacy Estate neighborhoods. The owners of the residences took advantage of the Ronto Group’s opportunity to build their custom grand estate dream home with the builder of their choice rather than being limited to a pre-determined group of preferred builders. Each owner selected A.R.B.C. Arthur Rutenberg Homes as their homebuilder.

The new residences by Rutenberg include a 4,500-square-foot custom grand estate that is scheduled for completion this spring in Sterling Hill. The new home is the homeowner’s second residence to be built by Rutenberg in TwinEagles. The architectural design showcases a West Indies-style front elevation and combines elements found in a variety of Rutenberg floor plan designs.

A second Rutenberg grand estate is slated for completion next fall in TwinEagles' Glasgow neighborhood. The custom residence will include 3,900 square feet of living space and a front elevation with a West Indies flair. The floor plan is a customized version of Rutenberg’s Amalfi furnished model that is open for viewing and purchase in TwinEagles’ Lake Estates neighborhood.

A third grand estate by Rutenberg is scheduled to begin construction in Inverness at TwinEagles this month. The largest of the three grand estates being built by Rutenberg, the home measures 5,800 square feet under air and is being built on behalf of another repeat Rutenberg homebuyer. Rutenberg worked with the client to combine elements from a variety of previous designs to create a truly customized style and look for the new residence.

Just seven grand estate home sites remain available in TwinEagles’ Sterling Hill, Inverness, and Strathmore Legacy Estate neighborhoods. The home sites, situated along the community’s Talon golf course, range from one acre to 2.5 acres and are priced from $632,500 to $850,000. The Sterling Hill, Inverness, and Strathmore Legacy Estate neighborhoods have enthralled discerning luxury homebuyers since the earliest days of TwinEagles’ development. A 30-foot setback ensures residences will be at least 60 feet apart. The ability to personally select a custom grand estate homebuilder, plus the combination of the site sizes, pricing, and the natural setting presents a rare opportunity for those intent on living a grand estate lifestyle.

TwinEagles’ grand estate home sites offer views of the Talon golf course that has been a favorite of professional golfers for years. The Talon course is the host course for the annual Chubb Classic PGA TOUR Champions’ Tour tournament event. The 2018 Chubb Classic PGA TOUR Champions Golf Tournament was held the week of Feb.12 through 18 and marked the seventh consecutive year and 12th time overall TwinEagles’ Talon golf course has served as the Tournament site. Set against a backdrop of the community’s lush natural setting, the Talon Course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and his son and is regarded as the top residential course in Southwest Florida.

TwinEagles’ lakes, towering oaks, stately palms, and fairways continue to offer unparalleled beauty. Grand estate homeowners enjoy TwinEagles’ array of world-class amenities that includes two championship golf courses. The caliber of play and the overall club experience at TwinEagles have been repeatedly acknowledged. Most recently, BoardRoom magazine recognized TwinEagles as a Distinguished Emerald Club for the second time, a designation accorded to the top five-percent of private clubs throughout the world.

The Talon Course is one of two distinctly different golf courses at TwinEagles. After purchasing the community in September 2010, Ronto worked with golf course architect Steve Smyers to create a new course that has a challenging historical design with modern yardages. When the new Eagle Course opened, it was named “Best New U.S. Private Course of the Year” by Golf Magazine. TwinEagles’ residents and golf professionals appreciate the Eagle’s thought provoking playing angles, optical challenges, and gorgeous setting. Smyers and his design associate, Patrick Andrews, consider the Eagle Course a true work of art that makes the most of the natural setting.

The golf courses provide a magical tableau for the grand estate neighborhoods tucked along fairways and lakes that offer vistas and a sense of privacy. A 47,000 square-foot clubhouse pays homage to St. Andrews where the game of golf was born. In addition to a golf pro shop offering an array of golf equipment, clothing, and accessories, the clubhouse’s wrap-around verandas that overlook preserve views and the finishing holes of both courses provide an ideal setting for enjoying a post-round beverage and conversation. The clubhouse also offers one of the finest dining experiences in Southwest Florida. A variety of menu itemss can be accompanied by a selection from a meticulously vetted wine list.

The clubhouse is complemented by a community swimming pool and fitness center. This amenity center includes a 2,500-square-foot pool with a large spa, a zero-entry feature, and a sunning deck overlooking a lake. An outdoor lounge, dining venue, and lighted Har-Tru tennis courts are adjacent to the pool. The 6,430-square foot fitness center was designed to complement the clubhouse architecture. The floor plan includes men’s and women’s locker rooms, areas for aerobics and yoga, as well as an expansive fitness hall. In addition to the amenity center, TwinEagles offers the serenity of dozens of lakes, miles of walking paths that meander through the community, and neighborhood parks and gardens that dot the landscape and provide quiet spots for enjoying the community’s tranquil ambiance.

The Ronto Group is also developing the Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay that is on schedule for completion this summer and is accepting reservations for residences in the luxurious Omega tower that will be the final high-rise in the Bonita Bay community.

Ronto is also accepting reservations for residences at Eleven Eleven Central, a new community that will be built on Central Avenue between 10th Street and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.

Purchase agreements are being accepted for Phase III residences at Ronto’s popular Naples Square community at Fifth Avenue South and Goodlette-Frank Road in downtown Naples.

New residences by Lennar Corp. and Pulte Homes are available at Ronto’s Orange Blossom Naples community on Oil Well Road.

Just 50 purchase opportunities out of the original 719 remain available at TwinEagles, including furnished models, unfurnished move-in ready homes, and home sites. The community is now nearly 95 percent sold.
