Capri model one of four open at Zuckerman Homes' Venetian Pointe

Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes, a new South Fort Myers community of custom estate villas, remains a very active place as the community continues to celebrate the grand opening of its four furnished models.

"Over 300 visitors turned out to tour our spectacular models during our Grand Opening weekend," said Andrew Zuckerman, president of Zuckerman Homes. According to Zuckerman, those who toured the community’s models were especially appreciative of the estate villa home’s private entries.
