Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes, a new South Fort Myers community of custom estate villas, remains a very active place as the community continues to celebrate the grand opening of its four furnished models.

"Over 300 visitors turned out to tour our spectacular models during our Grand Opening weekend," said Andrew Zuckerman, president of Zuckerman Homes. "Since then, our sales center and the adjacent models have continued to be very busy with additional enthusiastic visitors eager to experience our spacious floor plans, open layouts and luxurious finishes."

According to Zuckerman, those who toured the community’s models were especially appreciative of the estate villa home’s private entries.

"The home designs at Venetian Pointe have never been available in any other community," stated Zuckerman. "That includes the courtyard entries, which create a very private, intimate and tranquil atmosphere that continues right into the foyer and throughout the residence."

Visitors also learned there were three other major benefits to living at Venetian Pointe. The first is there are no CDD fees. The second, due to the elevation of the community, flood insurance is not required. And third, the community has natural gas for ranges, water heaters and clothes dryers.

At Venetian Pointe by Zuckerman Homes, buyers have a choice of four distinct and fully customizable one- and two-story floor plans, with prices starting in the upper $200s.

One of the four models is the Capri, a three-bedroom/three-bath plan with 1,822 square feet under air and 2,513 total square feet including an attached two-car garage.

From the portico and covered courtyard entry, one steps into the foyer. To one side is a guest bedroom and detached bath. On the other side is the other guest bedroom with bath, making it a second master suite.

Straight ahead is the open kitchen and leisure room, as well as a formal dining area.

Located off the leisure room is the master suite with his and hes walk-in closets. The master bath has his and her vanities, a large shower and a private water closet.

Designed specifically for Zuckerman Homes by architect Don Evans and his firm of The Evans Group, every residence at Venetian Pointe showcases an effortless elegance and intimate attention to detail, with spacious layouts and sophisticated touches.

The homes at Venetian Pointe range from 1,650 to almost 3,000 square feet of living space. Volume ceilings provide an even more open and spacious feel.

Chef-inspired kitchens include natural gas, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, plus pantries and breakfast counters (per plan).

Every residence also features a well-appointed master suite with coffered ceilings and his and her walk-in closets, as well as a spa-inspired master bath with his and her sinks, a vanity, and a shower.

All homes also offer a backyard and a Florida room, as well as a two-car garage with separate area for a workstation, studio or extra storage.

While each floor plan at Venetian Pointe is designed to encompass what homebuyers are looking for today, Zuckerman offers the opportunity to customize each home to the buyer’s specifications.

"We believe that every home we build should be as unique as our homeowners," Zuckerman said. "That’s why our design process allows buyers to create and customize their home with finishing touches, to make it a reflection of themselves."

Flex options and customization possibilities are offered with every floor plan, allowing residents to make their home truly unique, from adding or moving rooms to removing walls or expanding living areas.

Adding to the appeal of the homes at Venetian Pointe is the beauty of the neighborhood. Zuckerman Homes is a strong believer in preserving natural elements and minimizing its impact on the environment. The company’s architects and designers excel at creating communities with environmentally friendly designs that utilize the scenic beauty of the surrounding landscape.

Situated on 50 acres at the corner of Summerlin Road and Gladiolus Drive, Venetian Pointe has set aside over one-third of the property for natural preserves and lakes, allowing the architecture of the homes to interweave with the picturesque surroundings of the area.

A perimeter buffer and gated entries have been completed and feature fishtail palm trees and lush foliage. The native plants create a tropical atmosphere, one that carries throughout the community.

Homeowners will also appreciate having access to a variety of amenities suited for everyone. The community will feature the Venetian Club, which is currently under construction. It will include a fitness center, resort-style pool, and outdoor patio. Sidewalk paths will wind throughout and around the community for leisurely strolls or active jogs.

To complete the maintenance-free lifestyle, professional lawn maintenance is also provided.

Venetian Pointe is close to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island; a short drive from the dining, entertainment and shopping options of downtown Fort Myers and the Fort Myers River District; and close to over 40 golf courses and outdoor attractions such as nearby Lakes Regional Park.

Venetian Pointe is near A-rated schools and industry-leading healthcare facilities such as HealthPark Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital, and Golisano Children’s Hospital.
