Stock’s furnished models on display during final day of CBIA's Parade of Homes

During the CBIA Parade of Homes, Stock Development has two dozen furnished models open in Fiddler’s Creek, The Isles of Collier Preserve, Naples Reserve, Lely Resort, Quail West, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples and on Marco Island. Stock also has furnished models open at TwinEagles and Hidden Harbour.

The Collier Building Industry Association’s 2018 Multi-Site Parade of Homes finishes its run today from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free.

Stock Development’s Parade entries in the Parade include models from their Classic, Signature and Custom home lines, which have seen strong sales in 2018.

Stock now has seven furnished models open at Naples Reserve, including three models from the recently introduced Stock Classic Homes Collection. Stock is building in Naples Reserve’s Parrot Cay and Sparrow Cay neighborhoods.

The Classic Series models include the Plantation II with an interior design by Soco Interiors, the Marathon II with an interior design by Pizzazz Interiors, and the Siesta II with interior design by Robb & Stucky. All are being built in the Sparrow Cay neighborhood, base priced at $429,990.

At Fiddler’s Creek, Stock Signature Homes has opened three furnished models within the exclusive gated village of Marsh Cove.

Stock’s homes in Marsh Cove include seven single-family custom estate floor plans, featuring three and four bedrooms plus a study and range from 2,600 to 3,600 square feet of air-conditioned living space. The homes feature three-car garages and multiple outdoor living areas overlooking the lakes and fairways of the Arthur Hills-designed Creek Course. The base price for Stock’s homes at Marsh Cove begin at $769,990, plus lot.

Three model homes have been unveiled. The Madison II presents an interior by Soco Interiors. Pizzazz Interiors has created the interior design for the Ulyssa model. The Belfield model features an interior designed by Clive Daniel Home.

At Lely Resort, the company is quickly closing in on sell out. Coach homes are available in Signature Club and Tasori. Furnished models are open in both neighborhoods and available for viewing during the Parade of Homes.

Each coach home building at Signature Club offers four residences. The neighborhood features an selection of lake and golf course views across The Classics Championship Golf Course. Move-in ready homes are priced starting in the low-$400s.

The Tasori neighborhood of coach homes is located within The Classics. It also features an array of beautiful lake and nature views along The Classics Championship Golf Course. Each coach home building offers four luxurious residences with the spacious feel of single-family homes. Homes are available from the mid-$300s.

Stock also has two Parade of Homes models open at The Isles at Collier Preserve, which features a colorful update of classic coastal living. Inspired by the timeless architecture and traditions of Old Naples, homes overlook miles of kayak and hiking trails. Stock’s homes are priced starting at $1 million.

The Marigold floor plan includes 3,578 square feet under air plus a covered lanai measuring 1,062 square feet. There are four bedrooms or three bedrooms plus an optional bonus room, a study, four-and-a-half baths. The master suite features twin walk-in closets, a soaking tub and a large walk-in shower. The furnished Marigold model offers an interior design by Vogue Interiors’ Sheila Corasaniti, IDS.

Also open is the Cocoplum model, which showcases an interior by Soco’s Daniel Kilgore. The 3,641-square-foot residence includes 1,004 square feet of covered lanai space.
