Clive Daniel Home hosting home tours to benefit area charities

Clive Daniel Home is hosting two home tours this month. The VIP Private Home Tour on Wednesday, March 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. will feature a welcome sparkling wine cocktail plus a private bus tour through four CDH models and private residences in Collier County. The tour will be followed by a champagne lunch at the CDH showroom. The cost will be $60 with proceeds benefiting PACE School for Girls. The tour will be hosted by Kris Kolar, VP of Interior Design.

The second event is the fifth annual CDH Home Tour on Thursday, March 22 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. This self-guided tour is open to the public and will showcase 18 models and private residences created by the area’s foremost builders and developers with interiors by Clive Daniel Home’s interior designers.

Participants can pick up a passport at the showroom or online. They will receive a stamp in their passport for each home visited. Stamped passports should be dropped off at the Clive Daniel Home showroom by March 24 and participants will be entered to win a $500 CDH Gift Card. Clive Daniel will provide a donation to The Harry Chapin Food Bank based on participation.

Four homes being featured on the VIP Private Tour include: Encore Development’s custom home at 489 First Ave. S.; Kipp Development’s private home at 650 Banyan Circle; R.O.I. Naples’ custom home at 581 Myrtle Way; and Divco Custom Homes' Baywoods model at 301 West St.
