New Seagate estate model at Quail West in design

Seagate Development Group announced it is in the final design stages for a new furnished grand estate model the award-winning developer and luxury homebuilder is preparing to build at Quail West in North Naples. 

The announcement comes after Seagate finalized the sale of two grand estate models at Quail West and went to contract on a third in 2017. Acknowledged as one of Quail West’s leading preferred builders of grand estate residences, the new model will be the latest addition to an impressive collection of residences built by Seagate in Quail West. 

The sale of Seagate Development Group’s 5,464-square-foot Calusa grand estate was finalized before completion.

Seagate’s 5,727-square-foot Pine Valley estate designed by Stofft Cooney Architects went to contract just before the first of this year and was named recipient of four Collier Building Industry Association 2017 Sand Dollar Awards in its price category, including Product Design of the Year Single Family Homes, Best Kitchen Design, Best Pool Design and the Interior Design of the Year Single Family Detached Homes award that was presented to Freestyle Interiors. 

The Pine Valley includes a great room that opens to an outdoor living area with a pool and spa, a fireplace, and an outdoor kitchen and dining area. A detached one-bedroom casita is next to the pool.  The plan also features a double-island kitchen, a clubroom with a media area, a bar with a window that opens to the outdoor living area, a walk-in wine room and a lounge area. One of the two guest bedrooms serves as a VIP suite and opens to a private terrace and garden. The Pine Valley grand estate was listed at $4.3 million with furnishings.

In April 2017, Seagate announced the sale of two furnished grand estate models within three weeks at Quail West. The sale of its 5,464-square-foot Calusa grand estate was finalized before completion. Designed by RG Designs, the Calusa features a great room that flows into a double-island kitchen and a dining area with an indoor/outdoor bar that opens to a covered lanai space. A gallery hallway leads to a club room, two VIP guest suites and a garden courtyard. 

The club room includes a full bath and a walk-in closet and can serve as a fifth bedroom. A guest casita is off an outdoor living area featuring a kitchen and bar, fireplace, a pool and spa, and a fire pit. The owner’s wing features a study with a sitting area, a master bedroom with a sitting area and private terrace, and a master bath with his and her vanities, a free-standing tub and a walk-in shower.  The furnished Calusa estate was listed at $4.3 million.

Seagate also sold its award-winning, fully furnished Oakmont estate model at Quail West last April. The 5,524-square-foot Oakmont estate features a transitional architectural design by RG Designs and showcases an interior by Ruta Menaghlazi, senior interior designer at Freestyle Interiors. The design includes an interior entry sequence encased in floor-to-ceiling glass. 

Listed at $4.5 million with furnishings, the Oakmont’s walnut flooring anchors a color palette that incorporates warm taupes, sage and olive greens, and bronze and black accents. The home’s open plan conveys the grandeur associated with refined estate living. The plan includes an additional 2,931 square feet of outdoor spaces under roof. Windows throughout the living areas create a light-filled ambiance and provide views of an infinity edge pool and spa surrounded by a deck finished with a low-maintenance, weather resistant composite material cantilevered over the pool. 

After being named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2016 Sand Dollar Award for Product Design of the Year in its price category and two 2016 Aurora Awards, the Oakmont also won the Lee Building Industry Association’s Pinnacle Awards for Best Interior Merchandising, Best Interior Lighting-Custom Home and Best Product Design-Single Family in its pricing category.

Seagate is also a preferred builder at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club and is building luxury residences in the community’s Salerno 2 and Sardinia neighborhoods. Seagate is offering four floor plans in Salerno 2. Designed by RG Designs, the open-concept plans range from 3,150 to 4,228 square feet under air. A completed furnished model showcasing the Tortola plan is under contract. 

Listed at $2.6 million with furnishings, the Tortola’s Hamptons beach house-inspired architecture by RG Designs offers an open-concept floor plan with 3,892 square feet under air and 1,058 square feet of outdoor living space. The Tortola floor plan is base priced at $1.24 million. Seagate is building its Sabbia furnished model in the Sardinia neighborhood at Miromar Lakes. On a lakefront site that offers long range water views and priced at $4.7 million with furnishings, the Sabbia is part of Seagate’s Beach Collection in Sardinia. The three-level 6,227-square-foot floor plan is one of two floor plan choices designed by RG Designs available in Sardinia. 

Seagate has processed seven home site sales at Hill Tide Estates, a 9.98-acre gated enclave being developed by Seagate on the southern tip of Boca Grande. Twelve home sites priced from the $2 millions remain available. Northwest of Fort Myers on Gasparilla Island, the Hill Tide Estates community is the only site on Boca Grande that overlooks Boca Grande Pass. Nine floor plan choices ranging from 3,004 to over 5,000 square feet under air are included in the Hill Tide Estates offering. 

The floor plans were designed by RG Designs. A furnished model showcasing the Captiva plan is on schedule for completion in fall 2018. The furnished model is priced at just under $6 million. Freestyle Interiors’ lead designer Ruta Menaghlazi is creating the interior for the Captiva model, and Outside Productions is crafting the design for the landscaping, outdoor living area, pool and spa. The Captiva plan includes 4,865 square feet under air and a total of 11,184 square feet under roof.

Two completed furnished models, a third model scheduled to begin construction next month, and 14 buildable home sites are available for purchase at Seagate’s Winward Isle community in North Naples.  Windward Isle is a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Seagate’s Windward Isle offering features eight one- and two-story open-concept designs by RG Designs and Weber Design Group that feature the community’s coastal West Indies architectural style.  

The completed models at Windward Isle showcase Seagate’s Abacos and Sea Breeze I floor plans. The 3,065-square-foot Abacos great room plan includes a wet bar, island kitchen, dining area, study, three bedrooms, three full baths and one half-bath, an outdoor living area and a three-car garage. The Abacos model is priced at $1.75 million with furnishings. The 3,074 square feet under air Sea Breeze I model includes an expansive great room, dining area and gourmet kitchen with a vaulted ceiling, beamed ceiling details and windows at the top of the walls. 

Pocketing sliders open to a covered lanai, pool and a pavered pool deck. The plan features a study, three bedrooms, 3½ baths plus an optional pool bath, and a three-car garage. The Sea Breeze I model is priced at $1.7 million fully furnished. Construction of a 4,276-square feet under air Grenada model will begin next month. The new Grenada model is priced at $1.9 million and will feature an interior by Clive Daniel Home.
