Florida Lifestyle Homes records strong sales In Quail West

Quail West, one of Stock Development’s premier golf and resort-lifestyle communities located in North Naples, is one of the most prestigious luxury communities in Southwest Florida — and one of the most beautiful. Florida Lifestyle Homes’ St. Martin II model in Quail West is priced at $2.9 million including furnishings.

The 70,000-square-foot clubhouse, with casual and formal dining, glass-enclosed heated swimming pool, and lounge areas, has undergone a major expansion and renovation project, which in part included the opening of its new two-story, 12,000-square-foot fitness and wellness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment and rooms for yoga, Pilates, spinning classes and cardio workouts.

The project also includes a new golf pro shop, the Market Café, and an expansive indoor/outdoor seating area.

Enhancements to the Lakes golf course, one of two 18-hole championship golf courses within the community, was also part of the changes taking place in Quail West.

Behind the privacy gates of Quail West, sales of new homes were extremely strong in 2017. According to its year-end report, the community recorded 34 sales in 2017, including estate homes, home sites and home packages. The total sales volume for 2017 was $70.82 million.

Of the 34 sales, seven were recorded by Florida Lifestyle Homes, which represented 20 percent of all sales in the community. The company’s total sales volume in Quail West in 2017 was $13.7 million, or 20 percent of the total.

Florida Lifestyle Home’s creative design and outstanding craftsmanship is evident in its latest model.

The St. Martin II, which overlooks the 4th fairway of Quail West’s Lakes Course, is a four-bedroom plus study/4½-bath home with 4,347 square feet under air and 7,771 total square feet, including two two-car garages joined together by a breezeway.

From the double-door entry one steps into the foyer and gets an immediate glimpse of the great room with the lanai and pool just beyond a set of sliding glass doors, which retract fully back into the wall.

To the left of the great room is the kitchen with its two island counters and incredible butler’s pantry with sink. Adjacent to it is the formal dining room with built-in and walls of glass that retract back in two different directions, perfect for indoor/outdoor entertaining.

Three guest bedrooms, two of which have their own baths, the utility room, and a half-bath are all on one side of the kitchen.

Additional estate home models and inventory homes are also available in Quail West. All were built or are being built by Southwest Florida’s most respected builders including, Emerald Homes, London Bay Homes, McGarvey Custom Homes, and Stock Signature and Stock Custom Homes.

Emerald Homes’ Ventalo model is a three-bedroom plus bonus room/three-bath floor plan with 3,131 square feet under air and 4,092 total square feet. The home, at the end of a cul-de-sac, is priced at $999,187, without furnishings. An optional furniture package is available for $62,000.

London Bay Homes’ Avignon estate model, with four bedrooms, a study, five full-baths and one half-bath, offers 5,895 square feet of living area and features an interior by Romanza Interior Design. It is priced at $4.98 million fully furnished.

McGarvey Custom Homes’ Southampton model, which is celebrating its grand opening, is a four-bedroom plus study/4½-bath home with 4,475 square feet under air and 6,661 total square feet, including a side-entry, three-car garage. It is currently priced at $3.75 million including furnishings.
