There was one item on the agenda. Action taken on the item is listed below.

• 133 Melanie Lane. "Variances from the minimum required 10 foot side yard and 45 foot rear yard setbacks in order to construct an addition that will have a 5 foot side yard setback and a 31 foot rear yard setback."
  
  The ZBA voted to approve the variance as amended. I voted yes on the motion to approve the amended variance.
