Real Techniques Brush Crush

In many ways, as consumers, we have a lot to thank Instagram for. Brands have had to go next level on presentation and ‘Instagramability’ to get ahead of the competition and these new brushes from Real Techniques are a great example of that. In short, we get prettier stuff. It wasn’t so long ago that there was no such thing as a coloured make up brush.

There’s just no issue with quality on Real Techniques brushes – the only one I felt could be a bit more streamlined is the eye brush – it’s not quite as precise as I’d like it to be and I think there are better shapes for lids out there so I’d personally bypass that. Everything else though, no problem at all.

They’re tufty, fluffy, disperse powder make up well and in fact, since I’ve started using powder blush more often (L’Oreal Age Perfect Satin Glow), the Real Techniques Powder Bleu Soft Powder Blush has been my go-to. In this collection you’ll find all the usual – powder, fan, blush and contour – and they’re buy one get one half price at Superdrug – result! You can find them HERE.

They’re mostly £12.99 each so if you get one half price, I think that’s a bargain – oh, and they’re cruelty free; goes without saying.
