Modern Homes of Naples unveils Phase 4 at Tall Oaks

Modern Homes of Naples has opened Phase 4 at Tall Oaks of Naples at 525 Barefoot Williams Road.

Modern Homes of Naples announced the opening of Phase 4 at Tall Oaks. Located at 525 Barefoot Williams Road in Naples, Phase 4 offers 125 newly developed manufactured home lots, with lot size averaging 60 by 75 feet.

Modern Homes of Naples is currently accepting custom orders for new manufactured homes for fall occupancy. Home prices start at $124,900 for a two-bedroom, two-bath home with 1,000 square feet.

Three new models built by Jacobsen Homes of Safety Harbor, Florida are open for viewing and are available for purchase.

The Newport, a 1,484-square-foot model with two bedrooms plus a den, is located at 435 Tall Oak Road. The Newport is priced at $159,000.

The Cambridge is a three-bedroom, two-bath manufactured home with 1,325 square feet. It is located at 424 Kodiak Bear Road. The Cambridge is priced at $139,900.

The Lexington is a three-bedroom, two-bath manufactured home with 1,400 square feet. it is located at 788 Tall Oak Road. The Lexington is priced at $149,900.

Models are open Monday through Saturday.

Tall Oaks of Naples is a 55 and older gated community. Monthly fees range from $494 to $554. A limited time offer of only $99 per month for three years for off water lots and includes cable TV, trash collection, lawn mowing and irrigation, a security gate, usage of recreational facilities and land real estate taxes.
