FL Star launches new website for Arrowhead Reserve

The new Arrowhead Reserve website provides buyers with home designs and information about the community and surrounding area.

IMMOKALEE — FL Star, developer of Arrowhead Reserve, launched a new website to provide homebuyers with easy access to information about the community at www.ArrowheadReserve.com. Arrowhead Reserve is a community of single-family homes off Lake Trafford Road in Immokalee.

"In the first week that the website went 'live' we received calls about our homes," said Gary Hains, vice president of FL Star. "The web pages provide buyers with information about Immokalee and links to sites with more detail about the area. It also gives buyers the opportunity to review all of the available designs at a leisurely pace and compare the details so they may select the home that perfectly fits their family."

Home plans at Arrowhead Reserve range from a home with three bedrooms and two baths in 1,297 feet of air-conditioned living space to a design with three bedrooms plus a den with 1,915 air-conditioned square feet. There is flexibility with several designs, offering a choice of three bedrooms or three bedrooms plus a den. Or choose the four-bedroom plan. Popular interior finishes are available including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and undermount sinks. Prices at Arrowhead Reserve begin at $173,900, lot price included.

"The available finishes and community amenities are outlined on the site," Hains continued, "and we emphasize that homes at Arrowhead Reserve are still priced among the lowest in the area for new construction."

Hains said the timing of the web site release is opportune because buyers can see the plans online then come to the community to tour four available homes that are now under construction.
