The Studio by Ashton Woods now open at Naples Reserve

Ashton Woods is planning the grand opening of The Studio by Ashton Woods, enabling homebuyers in each of the homebuilder’s Naples area communities to share their personal visions and work together with the professional design team on creating a home that is uniquely theirs.

The Studio by Ashton Woods offers more than 1,700 square feet of illustrations, photos, renderings, and touch screens with interactive floor plans displaying the countless choices available in each Ashton Woods new home. The homebuilder’s design team has partnered with local and national manufacturers to create display rooms with thousands of samples.

Among the personal design options that are currently available in each Ashton Woods home are designer cabinets, numerous shades of granite, LG Viatera, large format porcelain tile and hardwood flooring. There also is a vast selection of tile, including 18-by-36 imported porcelain and wood plank tile, plus designer lighting and plumbing fixtures.

The Studio by Ashton Woods is available by appointment for private previews and tours. The Design Studio Consultant, Kaisa Puhle, LEED AP ID+C, is a Florida native with 18 years of experience in design and construction. A graduate of the University of Florida, Puhle moved to Naples from the Tampa Studio where she designed homes in Tampa and Sarasota.

Naples Reserve is a 688-acre gated community located midway between Naples and Marco Island along the U.S. 41 East/Collier Boulevard corridor. The community will include up to 1,154 lakefront residences amid lakes and nature preserve areas.

Ashton Woods is currently building homes in the Savannah Lakes, Mallard Point, Egret Landing and Sparrow Cay neighborhoods. Homes range from 1,671 to 3,516 air-conditioned square feet and are priced from the high $300s to the high $900s. Most of the one- and two-story residences will have a lake or preserve exposure and showcase a southern coastal design inspired by the architecture of Key West, Charleston and Nantucket.
