This is a great little set with three lipsticks – two new and one turning from limited edition to permanent – to set you up for spring. There’s a vampy shade, Legendary Queen in the matte revolution texture, The Duchess in the KISSING texture and The Queen in matte revolution. The Queen is the shade going permanent (although I didn’t know it wasn’t so that might be a bit of spin there!) and the other shades are new.
There are also five new Cheat Lip Liners – hard to get excited about these because I never use a liner; perhaps I am yet to come to them but if it’s a lip essential for you then they’re nicely thought out to pair up with several of the existing Charlotte Tilbury lipsticks.
So, in the swatch, it’s The Queen, Legendary Queen and The Duchess, between them covering off vibrant pink with a touch of coral, a deep, brown toned red and a pale nude. The set together is £65 or individually for £24. I think there is something very elegant about this set – I can just imagine someone doing their Net-A-Porter crisp white shirt and tailored black trouser order and chucking in this collection to accessorise.
