Court documents filed at Magisterial District Judge Kelly Rock's office in November show that a 15-year-old Greene Township girl was allegedly involved with Seibert between January 2016 and Dec. 31, 2016. Seibert was 28 at the time of the incidents.

Investigators found that the girl had a sexual relationship with Seibert, and that she believed once she turned 18 they wold be able to tell everyone they were together.

The girl said she tried talking to Seibert about his age, but he didn't like to talk about it "because it made him feel bad," according to court documents.

The girl also disclosed engaging in sexual contact with Seibert at different times.

Statutory sexual assault law states that the girl must be older than 16, and the person must not be equal to or more than 11 years older than a victim.

Seibert was arraigned this week, and is being held at Franklin County Jail on $150,000 bail.
