Resort-style amenities featured at Ronto’s Orange Blossom Naples

The Ronto Group’s gated Orange Blossom Naples community on Oil Well Road in eastern Collier County is offering the combination of new single-family homes and a fully amenitized resort lifestyle priced starting in the $200s.

As planned, Orange Blossom will include approximately 1,600 residences at build out, approximately 300 of which have already been sold. Fully developed home sites are available. New single-family homes priced starting in the $200s by Lennar Corp. and Pulte Homes offer a variety of floor plan choices. Furnished models by Lennar are open for viewing and purchase. New furnished models by Pulte are scheduled for completion in March.

Pulte Homes’ offering at Orange Blossom includes nine, one- and two-story homes on 52- to-62-foot homesites with lake and garden views, gathering areas for entertaining, and flexible and functional spaces. Each distinctive floor plan has 1,674 to over 3,800 square feet with two to six bedrooms, a two- or three-car garage, plus four architectural exteriors from which to choose. Pricing starts from the low $300s to the $400s. 

Furnished models showcasing Pulte’s Canopy and Dockside floor plans are on schedule for completion this spring and will be open for viewing only.

The one-story, 1,972-square-foot Canopy floor plan features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, and an outdoor living area with a pool. The Canopy floor plan is base priced at $297,990.

Base priced at $349,990, the one-story Dockside plan offers 2,684 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a den, and an outdoor living area with a pool.
