Courthouse project open house delayed

CHAMBERSBURG -- The Court Facility Improvement Project Open House scheduled for Tuesday evening has been canceled due to inclement weather.

Computer illustrations of the proposed courthouse are on display during the Franklin County Court Facility Improvement Project open house on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at the county annex.

The open house has been rescheduled to Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the Franklin County Administration Annex, 218 N. Second St, Chambersburg.

The county has proposed building a $67 million addition to the 1865 courthouse.
