New waterfront neighborhood of Cortona announced at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES — Miromar Development has announced a new waterfront neighborhood that will expand the community north along Lake Como in Costa Maggiore.

Cortona lies between two winding inlets and will feature 19 luxury waterfront villas with custom floor plans, each set on a private white sand beach. Each residence in Cortona will feature a shared boat dock with direct access to Miromar’s 700-acre lake.

The models range from 2,742 to 3,026 square feet under air and 4,077 to 4,412 total square feet.

Additionally, Arthur Rutenberg, DIVCO and Harbourside each are building an inventory home in Cortona.
