Seaglass models now open for viewing by appointment
BONITA SPRINGS — The Ronto Group announced that three furnished model residences are now available for viewing with a sales associate by appointment only at Seaglass, a 26-floor, 120-unit high-rise tower being built by the developer within Bonita Bay.
Construction of the Seaglass tower has topped-off and the building remains on schedule for completion and occupancy next summer. An off-season surge in sales that began in August has continued through mid-December. Sold and pending sales contracts worth $143 million have been processed and the building is nearing 70 percent sold.
The Seaglass tower will feature fully-completed, ready for occupancy residences with designer-selected premium finishes, including flooring, paint and trim. Each residence will come with two protected access under-building parking spaces. Private enclosed two-car garages will be available. Three tower residence great room floor plans range from 2,889 to 3,421 square feet under air and are priced starting in the low $1 millions.
The tower residences will include dual private elevator foyers, island kitchens, three bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, or three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom and three-and-a-half baths, walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, and sliders opening to multiple outdoor spaces that include a gas grill. Ten-foot ceiling heights are included per plan.
Ronto selected Robb & Stucky’s Susan J. Bleda, ASID, and Rachelle Porco to create the interior for the Seaglass 804 tower residence model, Renee Gaddis, NCIDQ, ASID, GREEN AP, president and principal designer of Renee Gaddis Interiors for tower residence 306, and Cinnabar Design’s Diana Hall, ASID and Laurie Walter, ASID for the tower residence 605 model. The models will include finishes on display at the Seaglass Design Studio at the Seaglass Sales Center, 26951 Country Club Drive, in Bonita Bay. Ronto’s Finishing Touches Program allows future residents to visit the Design Studio and select finishes for their new home’s flooring, cabinetry, counter tops, door hardware, plumbing fixtures and paint colors. Future residents may also specify finishes from other sources. With construction progressing rapidly, opportunities to select finishes will become progressively limited.
The 3,088-square-foot under air 804 tower residence floor plan includes three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a den, an open great room, dining area, and island kitchen, terrace space totaling 485 square feet, and a private elevator foyer.
Bleda and Porco’s design will exude chic sophistication while providing welcome comfort and exceptional livability. Set against sandy bisque wall tones that run throughout the home and blend effortlessly with neutral fabrics and furnishings, their color palette will include light creams and whites. Frosted glass accents will be layered with matte gold and silver metallics to evoke a sense of the sea and the wave-smoothed sea glass. Furnishings will be clean lined with fabrics that include the textural diversity of leather against cotton and linen.
In the living area, a 10-foot wide fireplace will be installed within a built-out section of wall. The fireplace surround will be clean and contemporary. On either side of the fireplace, glass shelving with the look of sea glass will be lighted from above to create bright display space that can be muted for atmospheric mood lighting. Two sofas arranged perpendicular to the fireplace will be upholstered in bisque linen. Two easy chairs will face the fireplace, while a cocktail table will make a statement with its heavy glass top. To highlight the adjacent dining area, Bleda and Porco designed a rectangular ceiling structure with recessed lighting and tiered layers for a distinctive look.
The tower residence 306 floor plan offers 3,421 square feet under air and 525 square feet of outdoor covered terrace space. The great room plan includes three bedrooms plus a den or fourth bedroom, 3.5 baths, a large island kitchen and dining area, and a private elevator lobby. The design includes an optional fireplace and a dry bar with wine storage. Gaddis incorporated architectural details in the design, including ceiling and millwork details. She will incorporate a variety of wood tones, mixing light and dark for eclectic charm, and her color palette will be based on cool matte blue grays. The flooring will be a warm wood tone with coffered ceiling details throughout.
The wall tones in the open concept living areas will be gray. A ceiling design in the dining area and kitchen will incorporate a double-step detail with drywall plastered beams. The dining area between the kitchen and the great room will feature an elongated rectangular table that will seat eight. The kitchen will present a fresh clean aura with light counter tops, including the enormous island. The great room will feature another ceiling detail in a checkerboard style and multiple seating areas. A fireplace will provide the focus for the television viewing area. From the great room, pocketing sliders will open to a wide terrace. This space will accommodate a grill zone with a dining table and chairs for six people as well as a conversation lounge area with an L-shaped sectional sofa.
The tower residence 605 floor plan offers 2,889 square feet plus 464 square feet of covered outdoor terrace space. The open-concept plan features a private elevator lobby, and a gallery hallway that leads from the foyer to a living area with a great room, gourmet island kitchen, dining area and a sitting area. The great room, dining area, and the owner’s suite open to a terrace with views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The plan includes two guest bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. The designers have chosen to transform one of the guest room spaces into a study. The remaining guest suite opens to a terrace with a southeasterly view.
Hall and Walter have taken their inspiration from the name of the high-rise tower. With an urban color palette of tonal neutrals and the use of aqua and warm beige sea glass accents, the residence will provide a luxurious framework for the views. The designers are taking a contemporary approach to create a sense of anticipation from the private elevator foyer, through the gallery hallway, and into a great room with west-facing views. The flooring will be light Italian porcelain with a tracing of pale gray. The great room will include a textured soft beige fabric semi-circular sectional accented with sea glass toned pillows. A textured area rug and a Lucite and glass cocktail table will anchor the space. The shape of the sofa will allow 270-degree views of the surrounding area. Two rounded back swivel chairs will be set with a small table by the west window to allow sunset viewing. The feature wall has been designed to include a custom wood built-in and will incorporate a low media console in driftwood beige and white lacquer finish placed below the wall-hung television.
