Stock Development released its sales report for November. The company registered 18 sales worth $21.1 million, pushing the total number of new home sales this year to 215. Total sales volume for the year has reached $234,8 million, an increase of 7.4 percent over the same time last year. In addition, Stock closed on 16 homes during November, bringing the year’s total closing to 210 homes worth $211.7 million.

"November was another good month within a good year for Stock Development," said Brian Stock, CEO of Stock Development. "We sold homes ranging from twin villas priced in the mid-$400s to a custom estate homes priced at nearly $3.8 million."

Sales were spread across 16 neighborhoods. Stock said the company has had immediate success in the recently released Marsh Cove neighborhood at Fiddler’s Creek, where they signed three new home contracts in November worth more than $3 million.

Stock Signature Homes and Stock Custom Homes have had particular success in 2017. Overall, Stock’s average sale price for the year has increased by one-third to nearly $1.2 million due to an increase in the sale of luxury estate homes.

Stock said one of the keys to the company’s success has been its aggressive inventory and custom homes program across a wide array of residential designs. The company maintains an unparalleled portfolio of homes available for immediate occupancy.

"Stock has a home for every lifestyle," said Stock. "Multifamily homes are available from the $400s to single-family homes and custom built estate homes priced at more than $7 million."

Stock builds in the city of Naples, Fiddler’s Creek, Quail West, Lely Resort, Naples Reserve, The Isles at Collier Preserve, Esplanade Golf & Country Club of Naples, Marco Island, TwinEagles, Renaissance, Hidden Harbor, The Concession, The Lake Club, Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch and Country Club East.

On the commercial side, Stock Urban, a division of Stock Development handling apartment and commercial development, expanded its operations.

Stock Plaza has added new businesses to the complex. This new commercial center is on the northwest corner of Collier Boulevard and Grand Lely Drive. Situated on a nine-acre site, five buildings offer a total of 50,000 square feet.

Stock Urban has also completed Spectra Apartments, a multifamily community in South Fort Myers and is also building Inspira, a similar community in South Naples.

"We are looking forward," said Léger-Wetzel. "Stock Development is always adapting to the marketplace and creating new opportunities."
