The Ronto Group has finalized the interior design concept for its furnished Phase III Chatham model at Naples Square. Phase III construction is underway and purchase agreements worth $37 million have been processed.

Naples Square’s walkable lifestyle and the availability of one- and two-story, two- and three-bedroom plus den floor plans with open-concept living areas and open-air terraces are transforming how people live downtown. The community is bringing a sense of cohesion to downtown by connecting Fifth Avenue South to Bayfront with access on 10th Street via Third Avenue South. Three completed Phase II furnished models are available for viewing with a sales associate.

The Phase III building will feature three furnished models showcasing Ronto’s Chatham, Biltmore and Dover floor plans, three of the eight Phase III plans designed by MHK Architecture and Planning ranging from 1,460 to 3,238 square feet under air and are priced starting at $695,000. The one- and two-story, two- and three-bedroom plus den plans include open-concept living areas and open-air terraces. The Phase III Emerson plan is sold out. Leasebacks are available to purchasers of the three furnished Phase III models.

The design concept for the Chatham model was created by Robb & Stucky Furniture and Interiors’ Ingrid de Villiers and Rachelle Porco. The Phase III Chatham two-bedroom plus den, two-and-a-half bath floor plan is base-priced at $895,000 and includes 1,883 square feet under air and a 260-square-foot open-air balcony. The great room, owner’s bedroom, and guest bedroom all open to the balcony. The Chatham is available with courtyard views or east and west city views.

The flowing floor plan features a kitchen with a peninsula counter height bar and food preparation area with a double sink and dishwasher. The powder bath is in a hallway leading to the laundry room. The owner’s suite includes double walk-in closets and a bath with a glass-enclosed shower and tub and his and her vanities. The furnished model is being offered for $1.045 million with a leaseback.

De Villiers and Porco took their design inspiration for the Chatham model from a photograph of a sunset. Their color palette will feature backgrounds finished in a China doll beige tone, white trim, and coral, poppy, cobalt blue, and champagne accents. Transitional furniture pieces will be upholstered in a creamy off-white tone. The flooring throughout the residence will be wood-look porcelain tile in a sandy tone. The combination of colors will convey a relaxed, casual feeling with a sense of sophistication.

The foyer will be graced with a hanging glass pendant light fixture suspended from a tray ceiling. A custom wall treatment will present a 32-inch-wide floor-to-ceiling see-through divider with a three-dimensional cutout circle design that will divide the foyer from the kitchen. A wall treatment in the powder bath off the foyer will extend up the wall behind the sink and finished in a shimmery tile. The foyer will lead directly to the dining area that will feature a dining table with a soft gray wooden top and a champagne metal base surrounded by six chairs finished with acrylic legs. A cluster of globe lights in three different sizes will be hung over the table.

In the adjacent great room, a three-seat sofa and two swivel chairs will provide seating. The sofa will be finished in a shimmery soft cream fabric with the designers’ cobalt blue and poppy accents and flanked by a group of nesting tables and an organic 20-inch circular geometric table with a stone top and an open center finished in a champagne tone. The tufted swivel chairs will feature straight arms and backs and champagne metal bases. A rectangular champagne finished cocktail table will anchor the seating area. The great room’s bumped out feature wall will present three niches with a textured wood background in champagne and gold tones framed by a modern treatment in the China Doll color. A television will be hung in the center niche above a linear fireplace.

Creamy toned cabinetry on the island base and perimeter will continue de Villiers and Porco’s color scheme in the kitchen. The cabinetry will be finished with oil-rubbed bronze hardware and topped with white quartz counters. Three cobalt blue leather swivel counter stools with a champagne finish will provide seating at the island. A vertically applied glass tile backsplash will further enhance the overall look of the kitchen.

A built-in wall treatment with six bumped-out storage drawers centered between a pair of desks that serve as work stations is featured in the den. Shelving above the desks will provide additional storage. The entire treatment will be painted white and feature brass finished rectangular sconces mounted on the walls perpendicular to the desks. The background incorporated in the built-in will feature heavily textured small squares finished in a sandy tone. The multifaceted space will also include a television hung above the storage drawers and a three-seat sofa and chaise in a soft creamy fabric that folds out to a queen-size bed. The sofa will be accented with cobalt blue and poppy pillows with a geometric pattern. A light, creamy wood round end table with a champagne accent, a glass cocktail table, and a hide area rug will complete the look.

De Villiers and Porco will carry their neutral creamy color pallet into the owner’s bedroom that will feature 37-inch wide white nightstands with champagne-toned square hardware. Behind the nightstands, the walls will be framed out from the floor to the soffit to include a rectangular transom and a longer rectangular antique mirror. A six-drawer white dresser will feature the same hardware and metal legs. A star-burst mirror will hang above the dresser. An arm chair will be finished in a gold and silver fabric and compliment sheer stationary side panel window treatments with a circular pattern and a bit of shimmer. The owner’s bedroom opens to the balcony where a pair of chaise lounges and a bar-height teak table with four bar stools will provide a gathering place.

An L-shaped vanity in the owner’s bath will include creamy off-white cabinetry with subtle striations, oil rubbed bronze hardware, white quartz counter tops, and two sinks. The walls of the bath will be finished with creamy geometric wallpaper with hints of gold that will play against sandy-toned 24-by-24-inch porcelain tile flooring that will be carried into the shower.

The Ronto Group is also developing the Seaglass high-rise tower at Bonita Bay; TwinEagles in North Naples; and Orange Blossom Naples, a community at 1948 Oil Well Road. Ronto will launch a new project, 1111 Central on Central Avenue in downtown Naples, in January.
