Azure at Hacienda Lakes to host community block party January 20

Azure at Hacienda Lakes by Toll Brothers is a new luxury, gated master-planned community in South Naples. Azure will include more than 400 coach and single-family homes featuring all-new exterior designs inspired by West Indies architecture, along with resort-style amenities.

On Saturday, Jan. 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Azure will host a community block party with live musical entertainment, light bites, an ice cream station, tours of the community’s five model homes, and information booths hosted by Toll Brothers partners. Guests can also enter to win great raffle prizes and take advantage of one-day-only homebuyer incentives.

The event will also celebrate the groundbreaking of Azure at Hacienda Lakes’ private residents’ clubhouse. Scheduled to open in late 2018, it will include a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities, such as a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, a flex room, and a social room with a catering kitchen. The clubhouse will feature an exterior that reflects the community’s West Indies design theme, and an interior that will include a neutral color palette highlighted by distinctive accent pieces, a combination of wood and tile, and patterned fabrics.

Azure at Hacienda Lakes has three home collections, including coach homes priced starting in the mid-$300,000s, and single-family homes starting in the upper $300,000s. Many of the community’s home sites feature water or preserve views.

The Azure at Hacienda Lakes Coach Collection offers low-maintenance, single-level living, along with design appointments, outstanding included features, and a two-car garage.

The community recently introduced two designer-decorated Coach Collection model homes — the Martinique and Barbados — that will allow homebuyers to experience the collection firsthand.

Ranging from 2,131 to 2,950 square feet, the Estate Collection includes six home designs. The Signature Collection includes five popular home designs ranging from 2,710 to 4,405 square feet.
