Clive Daniel Home providing interiors for Stock's Pine Ridge model

Clive Daniel Home has been selected by Stock Development to provide the interior design for its Gardenia II model home at 655 West St. in Pine Ridge Estates in North Naples.

Interior designers Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen are providing total interior design and furnishings for the fully-furnished residence. Installation of furnishings is expected in August 2018.

The 4,000-square-foot under air home showcases four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, a great room, a family-friendly dining room, study, bonus room for an optional fifth bedroom, and an outdoor living with a three-car garage.

The home also enjoys special wood applications against the stone, drywall and drapery panels with an extensive fusion of elements. The color palette features rich deep tones, contrasting light creams and white plus some smoky pastels and a large emphasis on texture. There is also a generous mix of metals, flecked wallpaper and painted cork wallpapers integrated into the basic textures that creates this romantic residence.”

Conveniently located near fine shopping and dining at Waterside Shops and Mercato, Pine Ridge Estates is a non-gated community of single-family estate homes on 1- to 9-acre parcels. 

Stock Development and Clive Daniel Home have collaborated on multiple model homes during the past few years. The 85,000-square-foot Clive Daniel Home is on U.S. 41 North in Naples. A second store is in Boca Raton.
