Clive Daniel Home has installed furnishings and accessories for Aubuchon Homes' two-story waterfront home in the South Fort Myers boating community of Town & River. Interior designers Susan Trivison ASID, and Vrinda Albrecht of Clive Daniel Home provided total interior design and furnishings for the luxury home. The home is available for $1.99 million.

Located at 928 Cypress Lake Circle, the 3,505-square-foot under air home has sailboat accessibility on an oversized waterfront lot with 120 feet of frontage on a large, saltwater basin. The established Town & River community is directly off historic McGregor Boulevard. The basin offers access to the Caloosahatchee River with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Commented CDH designer Susan Trivison, "We have incorporated contemporary design features in this transitional home to make it a unique custom residence. The great room has soaring ceilings with a dark gray stacked stone feature wall that includes a fireplace. A combination of marbled porcelain and dark wood floors helps to create the perfect living space. The home’s waterfront location and infinity pool influenced the blue and gray color palette of the furniture and accessories. The great room expands to an outdoor living area due to the 90-degree disappearing pocket sliding glass doors that overlook the pool, covered summer kitchen area and sunsets over the water."

"A first-floor master suite combines the clean-lined neutral pallet of the furniture with contemporary bathroom features, making it an ideal place for morning coffee while looking at the beautiful views. There is also a first-floor bedroom suite with pool/outdoor access.

"A sleek iron staircase railing leads to a loft that is perfect for entertaining or game night with the children. The second floor has two bedrooms with two en suite baths and walk-in closets that share a large balcony with stunning views.
