Green Bay Packers cornerback Damarious Randall (23) celebrates a tackle against the Cleveland Browns on Dec. 10, 2017 at FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland.

After the Green Bay Packers escaped Cleveland with a 27-21 overtime win Sunday over the Browns, Packers cornerback Damarious Randall was asked about his matchup with the supremely talented Browns wide receiver Josh Gordon.

On the Browns’ opening drive, Gordon had two catches for 56 yards and a touchdown. However, both receptions came against zone coverage. Gordon had just one reception the rest of the way, and this was mostly due to Randall, who covered Gordon whenever the Packers played man coverage.

Needless to say, Randall felt pretty good about the job he did.

The above Tweet apparently made its way to Gordon, because on Monday morning he responded:

Randall, never at a loss for something to say, had a rebuttal unsuitable for repeating on a family website. Needless to say, we don't think Gordon and Randall will be exchanging Christmas cards this year.
