Jordan Cloutier and Mya Giusto combined for 32 points to lead the Gulf Coast High School girls basketball team to a 55-33 victory over four-time state champion Ursuline Academy (Del.) in the She Got Game Classic in Washington, D.C., on Sunday.

Yasmeen Chang, Sydney Eugene, and Maycie Macdonald controlled the boards for Gulf Coast.

The Sharks' game on Saturday was canceled due to snow in the area. Gulf Coast won its first game,  48-36, over Wise (Md.) on Friday.

"This was a great experience," Gulf Coast coach Mark Woodruff said. "To go undefeated against this level of competition is incredible. Great exposure in front of college coaches for our players.

"With Saturday's game canceled due to the snow, we spent the day touring the museums, monuments, and White House. A wonderful trip for the girls. We are in the planning stages for next season's trip to the Bahamas."

Gulf Coast returns to Southwest Florida to play Golden Gate on Tuesday.
