Seagate's Sabbia model under construction at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES — Seagate Development Group has broken ground on its Sabbia model home, a distinguished waterfront residence that brings a new architectural style to Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.

The Sabbia offers five bedrooms plus a club room, six full bathrooms and two half-baths, with 4,782 square feet under air and 9,329 total square feet. 

Sabbia is in Sardinia — The Beach House Collection. The exclusive neighborhood on The Peninsula at Miromar Lakes showcases modern coastal designs reflecting quintessential Florida beachfront living.
