FIRST QUARTER

Wisconsin: Alex Hornibrook executed a play-action fake and hit tight end Troy Fumagalli for a 1-yard touchdown with 24 seconds left in the quarter. Rafael Gaglianone added the extra point.

Key play: Hornibrook hit Fumagalli for 10 yards to the Minnesota 40 on third and 8.
