Backups cleared on westbound I-90 in Sauk County

Traffic backups more than three miles long that were reported Wednesday afternoon on westbound I-90 in Sauk County have dissipated, according to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.

The backups began about 4:30 p.m. at mile marker 099, according to a notification from the DOT.
