The Milwaukee Brewers announced their 2018 spring training schedule on Monday, which includes 33 exhibition games, including two at Minute Maid Park in Houston at the end of camp against the new World Series champion Astros.

The Milwaukee Brewers train at Maryvale Baseball Park in Phoenix.

The Brewers will play split-squad games on their first day of action in the Cactus League on Friday, Feb. 23. They will play the defending NL Central champion Chicago Cubs at Maryvale Baseball Park and the San Francisco Giants at Scottsdale Stadium.

The Brewers will have a long day at the office on Wednesday, March 21, with a day game at home against Oakland and a night game against Seattle in Peoria. The last home game at Maryvale will be on Thursday, March 22, against Kansas City.

After finishing Cactus League play on the road with games against the Cubs, Athletics and White Sox, the Brewers will play a 7:05 p.m. game in Houston on March 26, followed by a 1:05 p.m. game on March 27. They will take March 28 off before opening the 2018 season in San Diego on Thursday, March 29.

Of the Brewers' 33 exhibition games, 15 are at home and 18 on the road. They will play their final three Cactus League games on the road to allow construction crews to get going at Maryvale Baseball Park, which will undergo a massive renovation prior to spring training in 2019.

Pitchers and catchers will report to camp on Feb. 14 and hold their first workout the next day. Position players are slated to report on Feb. 19 in advance of the Brewers’ first full-squad workout on Feb. 20.

Tickets for exhibition games at Maryvale go on sale Monday, Dec. 4, at Brewers.com and by phone at 1-800-933-7890. The broadcast schedule will be announced at a later date.
