F IRST QUARTER

Wisconsin: Nick Nelson returned a punt 50 yards for a touchdown with 1 minute 15 seconds left in the first quarter. Rafael Gaglianone added the extra point. 

Key play: Tailback Chris Evans lost 2 yards to the 14 on third and 8.

The drive: Wisconsin 7, Michigan 0. 

SECOND QUARTER

Michigan: Fullback Ben Mason scored on a 1-yard run with 2:24 left in the half. Quinn Nordin added the extra point.

Key play: A 15-yard pass play from Alex Hornibrook to Danny Davis to the Michigan 36 on third and 14 was ruled incomplete by the replay official, forcing UW to punt.

THIRD QUARTER

Michigan: Quinn Nordin, who had missed his last three field-goal attempts, drilled a 39-yarder with 6:36 left in the quarter.

FOURTH QUARTER

Wisconsin: One play after Garrett Groshek lost 2 yards on third and 3, Gaglianone hit a 30-yard field goal with 2:25 remaining. 

Key play: Jonathan Taylor carried on the first three plays of the drive, with the third carry a 13-yard gain to the Michigan 28.
