Florida Lifestyle Homes’ move-in ready Casa Kam model in Quail West is unfurnished, priced at $1.39 million.

Bill Ennen launched Florida Lifestyle Homes in 1993 and to date has built more than 1,500 homes throughout Southwest Florida. As his business grew and evolved, Ennen also began to design and build homes in the high-end luxury residential market. Some of those homes can be found in the golf and country club community of Quail West.

"We’ve been building in Quail West for nearly 20 years,z' stated Ennen. "The community really is the perfect match for our style of home building. It has the perfect location. The size of the lots are a big attraction. The views from the home sites are incredible. It has a phenomenal clubhouse and 36 holes of championship golf. And it’s the only community in Naples and Fort Myers that’s strictly single-family estate homes."

Since he became one of the community’s exclusive builders, Ennen said he’s built and sold at least a model a year. He’s also designed and built a number of private homes in Quail West for clients.

"We’re all about quality construction, attention to detail, and delivering the finest homes to today’s discerning buyer," said Ennen. "With in-house designers, we can customize any floor plan to fit a client’s lifestyle. That’s a major advantage."

Ennen believes Florida Lifestyle Homes does have a niche in Quail West.

"Although we have one home priced below $1.4 million, we generally focus on homes priced in the $1.5 to $3 million range," he said. "That’s a strong segment of the luxury home buying market."

Currently, Florida Lifestyle Homes has one unfurnished home available for immediate purchase, and a second home, which will be furnished, nearing completion.

The Casa Kam is an open great room floor plan. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath home has 3,538 square feet under air and 5,984 total square feet, including an outdoor living area with pool and spa, and a side-entry, three-car garage.

Located on a golf course home site and overlooking a lake, the Casa Kam is designed with spaces that flow seamlessly from indoor to outdoor areas. A wall of glass with two pocketing doors opens the great room to the lanai, creating a perfect setting for entertaining. The great room ceiling is accented with a unique beamed treatment.

The covered lanai provides a golf course and lake view and includes a full outdoor kitchen, dining space, an outdoor living area and pool, inviting family and guests to take full advantage of the Florida lifestyle. The custom pool is designed with a shallow sunning deck and a spa with a spillover into the pool. A water feature with multiple fountains borders the pool.

The interior of the Casa Kam features a kitchen with a large island counter with sink and sitting area and a walk-in pantry. The adjacent dining room overlooks the pool and opens directly to the lanai.

Just off the kitchen, near the foyer, is a study with a French door entry, and a utility room just feet from the hallway that leads into the garage.

A private and serene retreat, the master suite, with its coffered ceiling and direct access to the lanai and pool, occupies one wing of the home. The bedroom also features two generous walk-in closets, a private water closet, his and her vanities, a walk-through shower, and a soaker tub as its centerpiece.

All three guest suites are on the opposite end of the home and have full baths. The guest bedroom closest to the outdoor living area shares its bath with the pool area.

The unfurnished Casa Kam is priced at $1.39 million.

Florida Lifestyle Homes’ St. Martin II model is slated to be completed in mid-December.

The St. Martin II, which overlooks the 4th fairway of Quail West’s Lake Course, is a four-bedroom plus study, four-and-a-half-bath home with 4,341 square feet under air and 7,766 total square feet, including two, two-car garages joined by a breezeway.

From the double-door entry, one steps into the foyer and gets an immediate glimpse of the great room with the lanai and pool just beyond a set of sliding glass doors, which retract fully into the wall.

The kitchen with two large island counters and a butler’s pantry with sink, the dining room with walls of glass that retract back in two different directions, the three guest suites, and the utility room, are all on one side of the great room.

The master retreat is on the opposite side. From a vestibule, a set of doors opens to reveal the master bedroom. An intricate ceiling defines the unique space, while a set of sliding glass doors provide direct access to the outdoor living area and the pool.

Between the bedroom and the master bath is a morning café with refrigerator. Beyond is his and her baths. His bath has a walk-in closet, a vanity and a water closet. Her bath has two walk-in closets, a dressing area, a private water closet, a make-up station, and a vanity adjacent to a soaking tub. A shower, with two entry points, connect the two master baths.

The St. Martin II will be furnished and is expected to be priced at approximately $2.795 million.

According to Ennen, he owns several more home sites in Quail West and plans to introduce new homes in the near future.

"One of those new homes will be our 2019 model," he said. "It’s an exciting floor plan which has already garnered attention from interested parties. That’s the Florida Lifestyle Homes and Quail West factor."
