Nick Saban says every SEC stadium is difficult for Alabama ... except Vanderbilt
Alabama coach Nick Saban thinks every stadium in the Southeastern Conference is a difficult place to play for a visiting team.
Every place, but maybe Vanderbilt.
Saban was asked by a fan during his weekly radio call-in show at a restaurant in Tuscaloosa if the cowbells at Mississippi State made it one of the tougher environments to play.
With a facial expression of disgust, the coach responded by saying "I'd like for somebody to tell me where we play in this conference that's not a tough place to play. It's tough to play at LSU. I haven't been anywhere ... maybe Vanderbilt. And no disrespect to Vanderbilt, they don't have a big stadium and most of the time, we have more fans than they have. And that's a tribute to our fans and to the people we have in that area. But every place else we play is a difficult place to play. That's (Starkville) a difficult place to play as well."
