LCSO: Death of woman in Bonita Springs home ruled a homicide

Lee County Sheriff's Office investigators ruled the death of a woman who was found in a Bonita Springs home Sunday a homicide.

The body of Sarah Nicholson, 34, was found in a house in the 26000 block of Squire Lane after authorities responded to a report of a fire there shortly before 6 a.m. Sunday, the Sheriff's Office said in a news release Monday.

"The incident was isolated and there is no danger to the public," the release states.

The investigation is ongoing, the Sheriff's Office said.
