Bonita Lakes is a luxury gated community in Bonita Springs created by Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes. The community features single-family executive and estate homes with sparkling lake views, award-winning designs, and energy-efficient natural gas.

The community is offering its final homes, including two homes that will be move-in ready early next year — an Athena Renaissance and a Salerno Chateau.

The 2,842-square-foot Athena features three bedrooms, 3½ bathrooms, a study and a three-car garage. The home’s open floor plan includes an expansive great room featuring 12-foot ceilings and direct access to the covered lanai, swimming pool and spa.

The gourmet kitchen includes a large center island, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, upper wood cabinets and a walk-in pantry. The Athena’s master bedroom has a coffered ceiling, two walk-in closets and a luxurious master bathroom highlighted by a Roman tub, a frameless walk-in shower and dual vanities.

The Athena Renaissance is on a home site with eastern exposure and is priced at $549,995.

The 2,572-square-foot Salerno includes three bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms, a study and a three-car garage. Homeowners will enjoy the spacious master bedroom, which is highlighted by a coffered ceiling, seating area with views of the outdoor living space, two walk-in closets and a master bathroom with a frameless shower, large soaking tub and dual vanities. The Salerno’s expansive great room offers direct access to the covered lanai, swimming pool and spa.

The Salerno Chateau is on an oversized home site with southeastern exposure and is priced at $619,995.

Buyers who make a deposit on the Salerno Chateau by Dec. 31 may still be able to select their interior options.

“The Athena and Salerno homes blend the best of indoor and outdoor living, making them perfect choices for homebuyers who enjoy the Southwest Florida lifestyle,” said Chad Peterson, project manager for Bonita Lakes. “We encourage prospective buyers to visit Bonita Lakes today before these homes are sold.”

Priced from the upper $300,000s, Bonita Lakes features six flexible one- and two-story home designs that range from 2,217 to over 2,900 square feet. The homes offer inviting entryways, spacious first-floor master bedrooms, expansive great rooms, gourmet kitchens, two- and three-car garages, and large outdoor living areas.

Bonita Lakes’ clubhouse is the community’s social center, offering a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, Har-Tru bocce ball courts, spacious covered lanais, a community room and a catering kitchen.

Centrally located between Naples and Fort Myers and minutes from Interstate 75, Bonita Lakes provides residents convenient access to shopping and dining at Coconut Point Mall, Miromar Outlets, Gulf Coast Town Center and entertainment at Germain Arena. Pristine Gulf beaches, numerous golf courses, Southwest Florida International Airport and the region’s cultural and recreational attractions are only a short drive away.
