The completed Sienna model open for viewing and purchase showcases an interior design by Denver-based Lita Dirks & Co. The light and airy design concept embodies the sea and sky mingled with the warmth of sun and sand. Dirks blended soft shades of blue, spa-like greens, grays and whites and combined these with warm taupe woods and elaborate textures for added dimension. The predominant wall color is a pale, taupy gray. Wide plank hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas is a beautiful shade of sandy gray driftwood.

North-facing home sites with water and multiple fairway views are priced from $505,000 to $905,000. Home and lot packages are available from $1.6 million to $2.5 million. The single-family residences in Corsica are being built by Sunwest Homes, Harbourside Custom Homes, M Development and Fox Custom Builders. The three- and four-bedroom plus study residences showcase Italian, Caribbean Colonial and Spanish Eclectic architectural styles. 

Harbourside’s two-story, 3,672-square-foot Villa Adriana II model in Corsica features an interior by Clive Daniel Home’s Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Charlie Hansen and is priced at $2.45 million with furnishings. 

The first floor of this thoughtfully designed home includes a spacious great room, island kitchen and dining area that open to the outdoors, a master suite, two guest bedrooms and a study with wood flooring.
