Talis Park announced that completed, furnished models and unfurnished move-in ready residences are available in the award-winning North Naples community’s Corsica neighborhood.

The luxurious single-family homes and resort-style coach homes in Corsica have combined to create one of Talis Park’s most compelling neighborhoods.

Harbourside Custom Homes’ two-story, 3,672 square feet single-family Villa Adriana II model is priced at $2.45 million furnished.

Corsica offers the unique combination of multiple product choices, close proximity to every amenity in the community and park-like views.

The neighborhood is just minutes from Talis Park’s Sports Complex that includes six lighted Har-Tru tennis courts with pavilions for resting between matches, a tennis pro shop and clubhouse with restrooms and a beverage center, four bocce ball courts, a 50-foot two-lane lap pool and a green space with a children’s playground.

Corsica is also within a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride from  the award-winning Vyne House clubhouse that received first place and Best of Show honors in the New Construction/Private Club category in Golf Inc.’s 2016 Clubhouse of the Year competition.

FrontDoor Communities’ Coach Homes at Corsica is an enclave of 64 exquisitely designed and spacious residences in 16 south-facing two-story buildings with four residences per building.

The buildings’ Santa Barbara architectural style will present three front elevations set on Corsica’s gently curving streetscape that will showcase Talis Park’s landscaping.

FrontDoor’s coach homes provide an exceptional level of resort-style living.

Two spacious, light-filled floor plans priced from the $600,000’s to the $800,000’s feature open-concept living areas that can be customized to suit individual buyer preferences, a feature rarely found in luxury coach home offerings.

An on-site design consultant and finish selection center allow purchasers to further personalize their residences.

Each residence includes a private arrival courtyard, a private garage accessible from the residence, a private covered terrace off the owner’s bedroom, dual walk-in closets in the owner’s suite, a spacious covered outdoor living area extending across the entire rear of the residence, and pavered motor courts and walkways.

Tall ceilings, abundant natural light and a flowing, open living area provide a captivating ambiance while conveying the feeling of a single-family residence.

FrontDoor’s furnished Sienna second-floor coach home model is open for viewing. A furnished first-floor Messina model is nearing completion this month and will feature design by Allied ASID interior designers Jean Losier and Christina Rosolia, of Clive Daniel Home. The model will exude relaxed sophistication with a color palette of soft gray, white and accents of sea glass blues and greens, with a soft backdrop and natural elements throughout. The great room will have a feature wall for entertainment, unique ceiling detail and additional wall details in the powder bath using wood accents.

Upon entry to the 3,382-square-foot under air second-floor Sienna coach homes, visitors will be greeted in a foyer with a 20-foot clear-story ceiling, an elegant staircase and a private elevator. The Sienna plan includes a generously sized study or loft space, an immense great room, dining area and wet bar, a gourmet island kitchen and pantry, three bedrooms, and 3½ baths. The great room, dining area and owner’s suite open to 527 square feet of covered lanai space.

The completed Sienna model open for viewing and purchase showcases an interior design by Denver-based Lita Dirks & Co. The light and airy design concept embodies the sea and sky mingled with the warmth of sun and sand. Dirks blended soft shades of blue, spa-like greens, grays and whites and combined these with warm taupe woods and elaborate textures for added dimension. The predominant wall color is a pale, taupy gray. Wide plank hardwood flooring throughout the main living areas is a beautiful shade of sandy gray driftwood.

The 2,532 square feet under air first-floor Messina coach home residences include a large great room and dining area, a gourmet island kitchen, three bedrooms and 3½ baths. The great room, dining area and owner’s suite open to 527 square feet of south-facing covered lanai space. The easy flow of the Messina’s open floor plan contributes to the remarkable livability and spacious, comfortable ambiance presented by the first-floor residences.  Unfurnished coach homes are available for purchase and immediate occupancy.  Additional move-in ready residences will be completed in late November.

Corsica also includes 24 single-family home sites, 23 of which measure 65 or 77 feet and will accommodate residences from 3,000 to 4,500 square feet. One 90-foot site is also included.

The single-family residences in Corsica are being built by Sunwest Homes, Harbourside Custom Homes, M Development and Fox Custom Builders.
