Yikes! You totally forgot to take the meat out of the freezer, now what.  Two choices…

Not only are these Buffalo Chicken Salad Sliders perfect for a quick dinner, they would be great to serve at a party or take to a tailgate or game day party. We are heading to see Nick at college this weekend and will take some of these to share with him and his friends during our pre-game tailgating party.

We served the Buffalo Chicken Salad on Soft Wheat Dinner Rolls that we found in the Bakery at Walmart. They were a perfect match with the zip from the Buffalo Sauce.

  1. I like snacking on the dinner fixings as much as the next person, but by my estimation you have about 6 cups of filling for 8 dinner rolls, and somehow you only get “a heaping teaspoon” on each roll? Just how hungry WERE you before you started making dinner? ? I’ll try them anyway, but with maybe twice the rolls.
