Do you need a great lunch but on-the-go? These Sriracha Tuna Stuffed Avocados are the perfect option for lunch or even a quick snack.
They will add some BOLD flavor to your lunch, which sometimes is nice especially if you are used to the same ole’ lunch each day.
This post is brought to you by StarKist and The Motherhood. All opinions are my own.
I’ll admit that I do love tuna, my husband though has always been a bit skeptical of it, until now. This past week for lunch, I decided to use the Starkist Tuna Creations BOLD Sriracha to make a delicious stuffed avocado.
My husband took a bite before he knew it was tuna and was immediately hooked. He was digging in; however, he did comment that it certainly had a spicy kick to it.
Then, I let him know that it was tuna and he was shocked. The taste of it had been enhanced and the hot sauce flavor made from red chili peppers, garlic, and vinegar gave it just the kick it needed for him to really enjoy the taste.
It has a bit of a garlic flavor as well.
The great thing about the Starkist Tuna Creations BOLD is that you can eat it anywhere with the single-serve pouches. These require no draining and make it easy to add the tuna to just about any meal such as a salad or like I did in the avocado.
I mixed the pouch of tuna with a little bit of mayo, dill weed, parsley, red and orange bell peppers. and a bit of sweet onion.
Once it’s mixed up, simply serve it inside an avocado. It’s such a better-for-you option for lunch, plus so full of flavor. I love all of the fresh ingredients too paired with the ready to serve tuna.
Starkist Tuna Creations BOLD come in two great options, Tapatio or Sriracha. These flavors are both spicy and give a great kick to the tuna to take it to a new level.
Once you pair it with one of your favorite lunch options like a salad, in an avocado, or a wrap, it will really make a huge difference in your lunch options.
Are you ready for a bite? I sure am!
