MidiCi: The Neapolitan Pizza Company is celebrating its grand opening at Coconut Point in Estero by giving customers complimentary Margherita pizzas from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday and Monday, Oct. 15-16.

MidiCi  , an authentic Neapolitan restaurant brand with a mission to bring friends together, is opening its newest location between Starbucks Coffee and Panera Bread near Coconut Point's entrance on U.S. 41.

“From the moment we stepped foot into MidiCi we fell in love with the concept – from the food, to the people and ambiance, to the very values of the brand, it was just the right fit,” said John Wysseier, who co-owns the first MidiCi in Southwest Florida with his wife, Dina. “We know that once residents of and visitors to Southwest Florida experience MidiCi themselves they’ll have a similar experience and will want to return and create lasting memories with their friends.”

The Margherita is available in classic, gluten-free and vegan options at MidiCi The Neapolitan Pizza Co. at Coconut Point in Estero.

No purchase is necessary to enjoy a free Margherita pizza at MidiCi this Sunday and Monday, but the special is for dine-in only and limited to one pizza per guest. The classic Margherita features Italian tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, basil and extra virgin olive oil. Additional toppings are extra.

MidiCi serves traditional Neapolitan cuisine with fresh, natural, almost all non-GMO ingredients. Guests can select from traditional and signature menu options or create personalized Neapolitan pizzas in the open, center-staged bustling kitchen, also known as “the heart.”

In addition to pizza, MidiCi's menu includes  appetizers, salads, desserts, gourmet coffees and teas, and beer and wine. Acclaimed Los Angeles-based restaurateurs Peppe Miele and Mario Vollera, handcrafted the menu with authentic Italian offerings – from gourmet appetizers, artisan burratas, non-GMO quality salads, and authentic Neapolitan pizzas to a diverse selection of quality craft beers and wines.

MidiCi provides an upscale dining atmosphere, designed by acclaimed hotel and restaurant architect and designer Sam Marshall, while maintaining the ease and affordability of a casual restaurant concept. The space beckons guests to visit and make memories over a gourmet meal next to a signature, authentic indoor olive tree. MidiCi invented and trademarked “fast-fine” fine dining made faster.

Neapolitan pizzas are baked in wood-fired ovens in MidiCi’s centralized, open kitchen – known as “the heart.”

The new pizzeria at Coconut Point is the third location for MidiCi in Florida. MidiCi locations across the U.S. consistently have amassed rave reviews and an average 4.5 out of 5-star ratings on the Yelp website.
