Second Annual 'High 5' Celebration

The second Annual ‘High 5’ Celebration of Excellence was attended by the student recipients of the recognitions, their parents and teachers at the Spencer Theater, Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017.
The celebration was conducted by Dr. George Bickert, Superintendent, Ruidoso Municipal Schools.
The students being recognized and honored scored a ‘5’ (the highest level possible) on one of the 2017 Partnership Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC) tests.
