For the second week in a row, Brevard County Ocean Rescue captain Ashley Nolan of Satellite Beach stayed alive on Survivor: Heroes, Healers and Hustlers without a trip to tribal council.

The Satellite High graduate and former Scorps athlete helped her Heroes tribe finish first in the week's immunity challenge, winning the right to avoid the chance of elimination at tribal council and four chickens at the same time.

Nolan might have been safe anyway. Early in Wednesday's show, Heroes member Ben Driebergen described her as "a good hard worker and fun" in his summary of who might be voted out next. Driebergen and fellow tribe member Chrissy Hofbeck have a secret alliance and consider themselves the decisive votes.

The former Satellite volleyball and softball player, who also signed with Eastern Florida State volleyball, tried out for Survivor via a casting call on Victory Casino Cruises at Port Canaveral.

Hustlers tribe member Patrick Bolton of Auburn, Ala., became the third cast member voted out on Wednesday's broadcast. The show was filmed in Fiji during March, April and May.

Survivor airs on CBS each Wednesday at 8 p.m. The $1 million winner will be announced during a live show later this fall.
