Manning teamed up with Colts legends to throw TD

Andrew Joseph

The Indianapolis Colts honored Peyton Manning on Sunday, unveiling a statue and retiring his No. 18 jersey number. But the Colts had an extra surprise in store for the Colts legend.

Manning's former teammates Jeff Saturday and Reggie Wayne joined in on the ceremony. For old times, Manning lined up under center and took a snap from Saturday. He threw a touchdown pass to Wayne as an announcer called the play for the fans at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Manning threw 67 regular-season touchdowns to Wayne over the course of his Hall of Fame career.

The best part, though, was that Wayne came prepared with receivers gloves. You have to respect that dedication to the role.
