Southwest has a tendency to leak their new promotions into user’s accounts a few days before they are actually announced. Today I noticed two new double points bonuses targeting travel to San Juan and Memphis. The San Juan bonus starts now while the Memphis bonus strangely begins for flights on or after November 22.

The bottom line
Register now even if you don’t plan to visit either city. You never know. I hope to see more city-specific bonuses from Southwest soon but for now I would recommend getting signed up.
