Tennessee Vols defensive lineman Shy Tuttle takes the field with swelling around eye

Tennessee defensive tackle Shy Tuttle took the field against Georgia Saturday at Neyland Stadium with swelling around his left eye.

Tuttle was sidelined for last week's game against Massachusetts.

When asked Monday whether Tuttle's injury was caused by a teammate, Vols coach Butch Jones said it was not and that Tuttle "landed on a helmet." He then launched into a two-minute harangue against the media coverage of his program.
