Food evolution leads to GMOs

The evolution of food has brought us to GMO food crops – and a new movie using science says we are going to be okay. The movie is called “Food Evolution” – produced by the Institute of Food Technologists and promoted by the U.S. Farmers and Ranchers Alliance, USFRA. Brad Greenway, a South Dakota Farmer and chairman of the board of the USFRA, says the movie shines a light by explaining to consumers why farmers grow GMO crops.
